Looking at the pictures, they seem to have been taken at the former Studio 10 and großer Sendesall (now Rolf Liebermann Studio) of the NDR in Hamburg Harvestehude located along Oberstraße. This building used to be the new temple/synagogue that was built in 1931. These pictures may have been taken at a rehearsal (as there is no audience present). The recordings and their ambient noise and feel suggest that they were indeed recorded at "Die Fabrik" in Hamburg Ottensen. The announcement is by Michael Naura.

Here's an image of the Oberstaße interior (from wikipedia):

Thanks Otto for some background. Such informations are always appreciated - at least on my side.
And yes - I've forgot to mention that Naura is 'on board' - as mostly between the mid-sixties and 1999.

"großer Sendesaal" of course. Stupid typo.
